1. Job Title : Business Analyst 2. Job Summary : • Good understanding of healthcare concepts and healthcare data • Understand existing business process, Requirement gathering and documentation • Understand MSSP , clinical model and map/document requirements • Create data mappings between Source and Target with Transformation Rules • Performs Data Profiling as required • Responsible for defining/understanding future business process • Responsible for the getting sign off on the requirements documents Take care of customer communication Involve in all meetings with business team and get sign off on all requirement deliverables Handle all defect triages Work closely with Dev & QA team for any clarificaitons on business requirements Incorporate business feedback in all mapping / requirement document and maintain clear version control 3. Shift : 8 AM to 5 PM CST 4.
