.Net Production SOPs KEDBs and SMTDs

Act as third line of defense, addressing all tickets which cannot be resolved by app L2 support
Lead the update of SOPs, KEDBs and SMTDs due to perfective maintenance, new developed code or other technical environment changes
Handle major and critical incidents and escalated calls
Coordinate with SSC app development team to review, understand, assist in coordination of development code releases
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) (Priority 1 & 2 tickets)
Lead regular perfective maintenance sessions
Lead, manage and implement all minor enhancement efforts
