5+ Years of experience as business analyst

•             Very strong Analytical skills and English communication skills

•             Dynamic and Agile to adapt to the project needs

•             Demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking to suggest multiple solutions to optimize, streamline and enhance business process and application systems

•             Should have service oriented and customer focused job experience

•             Excellent Communication skills

•             Extensive experience in handling Agile projects

•             Good experience is leveraging Project Management tools like JIRA

•             Experience with digital technologies for digital marketing 

•             Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS One Note, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams 

•             Experience in pharma is an asset as well as working with compliance requirements such as HIPPA in the US and GDPR in the EU

•             Work with the project team to gather the business and functional requirements, by scoping, defining, and prioritizing requirements

•             Determine and document user requirements for business processes

•             Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications 

•             Able to derive solutions from business requirement and convert into BRD & FRD

•             Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.

•             Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future

•             Define problem based on briefing or lead

•             Collect, analyze, and synthesize pertinent data

•             Draw conclusions from multiple inputs, apply business insights and formulate strategic recommendations

•             Work with Delivery Lead/Project Manager to maintain and coordinate communication with the customer/client

•             Understand the business process/service and identify requirements for future enhancements.

•             Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile inconsistency, and break down high-level information into details

•             Work with Architects and Developers to transform new requirements into design and implementation

•             Develop, maintain, and perform processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in platform applications to create training materials and documentation as necessary

•             Supports testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or Training/Training Materials.
