Incapsulate is searching for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our team of highly-skilled, passionate individuals, working on a variety of interesting and challenging projects.

What You Will Do:
- Effectively create user stories, case studies, BRDs, FRDs, and other artifacts.
- Work with the client project team and other key stakeholders to develop and document requirements in a clear, accurate, and meaningful manner.
- Assist and support technical implementations within the Salesforce environment.

What You Need:
- 4+ years experience as a business systems analyst; primarily in software development environments.
- 4+ years of experience eliciting, documenting, and converting business needs into technical requirements.
- 4+ years working in dynamic, fast-paced consulting environments;
- 2+ years working within all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle and an Agile-driven development environment.
- 2+ years of Project/Client management experience.
- 2+ years of Salesforce configuration and implementation experience.
- Salesforce certification(s) is highly desired. 

Education: 
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
