Position Overview: Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible ---

Support the Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Program Manager and other team members with project/program activities within the Customer engagement services team. Key responsibilities include:

 

ScrumMaster (50%)

• Manage sprints and ensure that team members are on track with commitments

• Moderate sprint planning and retrospectives

• Foster collaboration within/across teams

 

Project Plan Management (50%)

• Manage stakeholder/timeline expectations

• Manage external team communications

• Manage delivery of external dependencies

What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate?

Basic Requirements:

• 3 or more years of ScrumMaster/Project Manager experience

• 3 or more years of experience with MS Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and managing multiple task

• Ability to work independently with little to no direction

• Experience in project environment with Agile methodology

• Experience using JIRA and Confluence
