What we are looking for is 5 resources with at least 2-5 yrs of experience in Java development (and other needed CI/CD, devops skills), and 3 resources with at least 2-5 yrs of experience in ReactJS/Front end (and other needed CI/CD, devops skills) resources
request is to help deliver a project (BiFrost 2.0 before Q1 2022) which will benefit GCP cost optimization and indirect enabler for IBM turndown.
We needed the resources to expedite the work to support the larger company goals on GCP optimization and indirect IBM turndown 
BiFrost is product and 2.0 is the next big thing as we are re-architecting from ground up. No not all deliverables are defined as we work iteratively through our agile process, so yes backlog is changing. But overall we have architecture vision to accomplish this goal.
