•    8+ Years of experience as a BA 
•    Multiple years of Technical Management experience in Software development/ maintenance, working with Stakeholders across geographies to build product vision and roadmap. 
•    Conducting JAD sessions, requirement interviews & workshops. 
•    Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience: analysis, design, development, support and testing. 
•    Database verification and validation testing using Oracle and SQL Server databases. 
•    Technical, analytical, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. 
•    Ability to understand and quickly adapt to changing environments. 
•    Ability to Develop and maintain Feature level documents which contains the functional requirements. 
•    Responsible for managing the team backlog, creation of stories and maintaining the backlog in AGM for the scrum teams. 
•    Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization 
•    Responsible for managing the defect backlog in ALM, pulling based on priority, resolving and closing them in a timely manner. 
•    Manage and lead the development for Off Cycle requirements/Updates efficiently.
