Complex multi-tenancy capable and web-based (thin client) Real Property Tax System (RPSv5) as well as legislatively mandated STAR relief
Duties
- Review of Department system and processes for the purposes of development of process flows, requirements and specifications.
- Develop project and system documentation.
- Develop criteria for evaluation of strategies.
- Prepare written and oral communication on project milestones and deliverables.
- Assist with test planning for integrated system.
Mandatory Requirements
- Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.
- Experience (7+ Years)
Requirements
- 60 months of business process analysis and business process re-engineering
- 60 months experience in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements
- 60 months experience in preparing functional and detail system design documents
- 48 months experience with the testing and implementation phase of the Development Life Cycle
- 60 months experience with Databases included, but not limited to DB2, Sybase, SQL
- 48 months experience with Government Taxation organization, which includes technical design, development, maintenance and end user support of Complex Tax Accounting Systems
- 48 months experience with financial systems
- 24 months experience converting computer data from one format to another
- 12 months experience with Real Property Tax (e.g. valuation, assessments and exemptions).
