·         4+ years testing experience in banking domain – core banking products
·         Experience in leading team and driving solutions
·         Experience in creating test plan, test cases and engineering best practices related to software test engineering, both manual and automated testing.
·         Experience coordinating testing activities and optimizing test cycles working with the project team.
·         Experience with conducting and running defect triage meeting with project teams.
·         Experience in automated testing is MUST – Selenium tool set
