Should have 8-10 years of experience in managing SAP APO implement and support, 2 implementation/support experience each.

Should have good communication skill should be able to host meeting with planner and other client departments in order to help optimize the plan

Should have experience in working in onsite-offshore model, and should be able to plan and delegate work to be done by offshore.

Should have analytical ability to think from client perspective and suggest work-around and solutions for the planning issues/concerns.

Should have experience in handling client expectations, conduct meetings, run status and steer committee meetings.

Should have expertise in 2 sub modules of APO (DP/PPDS/SNP/GATP).

Should have expertise in Macro’s, simulation, Heuristic, Optimizer.

Should have expertise in managing, out of stock, safety stock, lead time client initiatives.

Should have expertise in managing Process chains and CIF

Should have expertise in APO BI

Nice to have ABAP experience or debug experience in APO
