Design, Develop and Implement New Solutions using SQL Server/AWS technologies for Customers within Change Healthcare and for the SQL Server Engineering team.

Work Experience with Security Best Practices, CIS, various Compliances like SOX, SOC2, PCI, FISMA etc.

Migrate SQL Server Environments both from On-premises to Cloud (AWS) and vice versa with Highest standards with no downtimes.

Should have an understanding and implementation knowledge of Security Audit and Compliances like HIPAA, SOX, FISMA and PCI.

Handle Highly Technical SQL Server projects and deliver them on time.

Self Learner/Motivator and possess Strong Sense of Ownership and Problem Solving Skills.

Communicate effectively and Share knowledge with various teams, Project Managers and Application teams.

Develop Amazon Cloud formation templates as needed for AWS Cloud projects.

 

Deploy Solutions using the following core technologies.

SQL Server/Windows Clustering

SQL Server Always-ON with read-only replicas and Multiple data centers setup.

SQL Server Backups & Restores using SQL Native and using Netbackup/Commvault technologies.

SQL Server Replication (Merge & Transactional), Database Mirroring and SQL Server Log Shipping.

SQL Server Analysis Services.

SSRS Multi-scale Deployments.

SQL Server Database Audit and Dynamic data masking.

SQL Server SSL and TDE.

SQL Server Query Store.

 

Design SQL Server Partitioning solutions for Very Large database tables.

Migration between various SAN/NAS technologies, RAID configurations, Volume Types limitations etc.

Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document them

 

Migrate SQL Server databases from any version of SQL to any version.

Track Performance changes using SQL Server Profiler traces.

Create and tune Database Indexes.

10+ yrs hands-on SQL Server Production DBA experience handling very large database systems.

Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (preferred) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate in SQL 2014/SQL 2016.

 

3 Yrs experience with AWS and AWS Certification.

5 Yrs experience with SQL Server Performance tuning.

1 yrs experience with Windows Powershell.

Should possess experience working with SQL 2005 to SQL 2019.

Should possess knowledge on Core Industry Standards as pertains to SQL Server, Windows and AWS.

Should have worked on Multi-Node Clustered Environments.

Experience with Veritas Netbackup/Commvault.
