We are looking for a Non-IT business operations project manager with the

below JD  

*8+ years of experience in project management

*Must have experience working as project manager managing business

operations pertaining to sales and marketing area

*No IT Project management experience required 

*Experienced project manager in the areas of process improvement,

post-merge /de-merger sales process integration related projects

*Experienced across initiating, project managing, and delivering

projects (including Sales enablement activities) across tooling, processes, and policies, to facilitate incremental Sales productivity 

*Must have experience creating master plan and track completions and

report based on milestones achieved for sales related project activities 

*Must be able to collaborate internally and across other cross

functional teams as required for project execution  

*Has lead standardization of processes and tools and drive continuous

improvement to optimize productivity 

*Experienced providing high quality, Back End support (tools,

processes, information) coupled with timely data-driven insights for sales team 

*Demonstrated ability on leading complex and cross-functional

projects within Sales Operations 

*Experience in interacting with, presenting to and influencing all

levels of Leadership  

*Ability to facilitate collaboratively in cross-functional

decision-making environments 

*Ability to influence the right people, at all levels and functions

in the company 

*Excellent presentation, written, verbal communication and

interpersonal skills
