Description
10+ years of Java development experience along withexperience leading teams in an associate lead capacity.
2+ years of experience in Drools Experience in any of the Workflow Tools (Preferably CamundaBPMN)
Ability to design and drive architectural discussions with thecustomer team
Experience in coaching junior developers in technical aspects,code review, design pattern knowledge, creating low-leveldesigns, etc.
Ability to ensure the enhancements/changes to the system arein alignment with the existing architecture.
Ability to work in rapid development (Agile) organization with astrong focus on quality and delivery as per customercommitment.
Passion to delve into complex existing code and productmodules and develop the optimal solution for the problem athand.
Willingness to be flexible and stretch when there are criticalneeds within the organization.
Excellent communication and team working skills.
Experience in working with remote teams
