        You should have a real passion for learning and understanding the application and also share knowledge with team

•             Very good understanding of Telecom with video experience or wireless experience per the client

•             Video wireless is less critical if they have strong development skills

•             Strong technical skills in Java development

•             Being responsible to solve issues and working closely with the team and upstream downstream client teams

•             Proactive in looking in to the tasks and ask questions to learn more and build individual ownership and responsibility on tasks

•             Expert in debugging issues by looking at Splunk and application logs to come up with defined RCA

•             Strong and effective Communication skills

•             Ability to write up issues and executive summaries that will go up to the SVP level

•             Diagnose complex issues evaluate recommend and execute best solution

•             Develop and code that meets production requirements and design and anticipate any potential risks identifying dependencies early by coordinating and understanding with PM

•             Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
