- Extensive experience in a position performing software development in J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring core, MVC, JPA.
- Strong experience in designing, architecting and developing applications from scratch.
- Extensive experience in both consuming and implementing APIs, Web Services SOAP or REST.
- Expert in designing and architecting high performing microservices.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns
- Understanding of templates and their languages, such as JSP, Template: Toolkit, or others
- Knowledge of distributed source code manager, such as git, Java, Perl, JavaScript are preferred languages
- Knowledge with relational/ NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Strong in the use of JavaScript’s, JMS, XML, XSLT, JAVA/J2EE
- Must have experience in JavaScript frameworks: jQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS,.
- Experience with AngularJS / Angular / React JS
- Code versioning tools, build tools (Maven/Ant/Gradle), Unit testing & code coverage tools is desired
- Knowledge of App servers & web servers (NGINX/Tomcat/ Jetty/ WebSphere)
- Advanced experience using an IDE (e.g., Eclipse, SonarQube, STS)
- Knowledge on Cloud platform, technologies & deployments is added advantage.
- Experience with Agile methodology
