Manage the Jira service tickets and escalate exceptions
Collate the DevOps metrics
Create the weekly audit / status reports for leadership team review
Manage Automation backlog
Track automation tasks progress and manage the dependencies
Host Daily standup call with the DevOps team
Skills:
Experience in Jira tool
Knowledge of DevOps
Knowledge of Software release management
Project Management– Project planning dependency and risk management etc
Experience with Excel and Trello are a plus
