The Analytics Optimization Manager will own, manage, and strategize the site optimization program, which includes all A/B, Multivariate, and Personalization testing initiatives. This role will use the power of an analytics testing platform, resources, and data to optimize products and enhance the consumer digital experience. To do this, you will build, analyze, and communicate the effectiveness of product enhancement ideas while cross functionally working with your team and stakeholders to provide recommendations with actionable insights. Candidates in this role will have the direct opportunity to greatly influence product management and digital marketing strategy in a data-driven organization.

Required Experience:

·       5+ years’ w/ A/B Testing and an Analytics Platform

·       1+ years’ Adobe Target

·       Proven track record for problem solving and UAT for Product and Analytics implementations

Nice to Have Experience:

·       Experience from a consulting firm or agency

·       Working knowledge of standard statistical models

·       Proficiency with analyzing large data sets

·       Strong experience with Audience Manager or other DMP

Experience with offline/online data integration
