Ø  10+ years of total IT experience
Ø  Good understanding about Salesforce localization. 
Ø  Track program status and ensuring overall success of the program
Ø  Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, Visual Force, SOQL)
Ø  Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
Ø  Solid understanding of Salesforce, such as configuration, workflows, process builder, triggers, managing custom objects, fields, formulas,  IDE, Migration Tools, Web Services, Lighting Enablement, 
Ø  Developing custom applications on Salesforce development environment, including Force.com IDE, Migration Tools, SOSL, SOQL
Ø  Ability to act as a team lead and work with offshore members and lead requirement clarification.
Ø  Understanding of the constraints of Salesforce platform and best practices in delivering business requirements in the context of those constraints
Ø  Customization and development within Salesforce, and also in reports and dashboards
