1. Translate business processes and requirements into functional specifications and/or System configuration rationales/designs while enforcing design standards and best practices and meeting client needs
2. Be an advocate for exploring standard solutions or leveraging packaged software first
3. Create Mapping documents along with user stories and work across Conversion team, MDG, middleware, DDH and Legacy FLNA Systems on delivery
4. Complete functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflow (RICEFW)
5. Prototype the configuration and test; as appropriate, apply the configuration in the gold client and re-test
6. Partner with the Material, MTD, EAM Data Design lead and team to ensure collaborative designs
7. Collaborate on the approval process through design authority and Global PGT Teams
8. Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors
9. Collaborate with all scrum teams
10. Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies
Qualifications
1. Bachelor Degree preferred
2. 8+ Years of overall SAP experience with 2+ years for S4 Preferred
3. 2 or more end to end SAP Implementations
4. Strong functional understanding of Material, Plant master data and Make to Deploy (MTD) and Production Planning and Detail scheduling (PPDS) supplemental data objects
5. Knowledge of S4 HANA embedded Quality, Product Planning, Production Execution, Shelf Life Planning, Safety Stock Planning, and S4HANA MRP Live functions, Sales and Operational Planning, Contract Manufacturing business processes
6. Knowledge in setting up various kind of planning processes ( Make to Stock, ETO, CTO) and integration with other planning solution i.e. IBP, APO & third party planning solutions
7. Knowledge of Tools (GRC, MDG, Solman, CRmanager, Charm)
8. Good understanding of SAP Integration technologies
