This person will work on the team that handles the systems related to teachers retirement pensions.  
Candidates with previous BPM/Analyst experience related to pensions, retirement, government, teachers compensation,
or system modernization initiatives are required.
Note from the manager
 – We use a proprietary BPM tool, but candidates need to be versed in several tools. Also they need to know Visio. All the systems are proprietary too.
If they have experience using ServiceNow and Azure DevOps that's highly preferred. 

Job Description Summary:
The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing change and supporting business transformation in line with the organization's future state operational goals.
The Analyst will elaborate on and define target-state business processes, resource requirements, exception handling processes and operating procedures. 
The Analyst will coordinate closely with key stakeholders to ensure the organization is operationally ready for implementation of new processes, roles and technology.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform volumetric analysis of key organizational processes to identify resource requirements for interim and target-state processes.
Utilize BPM tools and techniques to prepare detailed end-to-end process models related to the delivery of TRS products and services.
Analyze results in order to identify and address gaps between current/future state and present recommendations.
Define exception process activities for resolution of exceptions to support the exception procedures; communicate and deliver complex data in comprehensible ways to gain buy-in and acceptance.
Analyze, document and validate target-state organizational and operational requirements and serve as a key facilitator between the solution team and the organization.
Review and understand target operating models (including specific products / services, enabling business processes, supporting IT services, responsible roles / organizations) in order to perform impact analyses on the current organization.
Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to support implementation of the target operating models.
Collaborate with training lead(s) to support creation of training materials for each specific role impacted as a result of the implementation of new business capabilities.
Support operational analysis regarding issues found in production to enable negotiation and definition of potential service-level requirements.
Collaborate with appropriate service owners and other key stakeholder to define business services, associated Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Operational Level Agreements (OLAs)
and any contracts to ensure that realistic Service Level Targets (SLTs) are agreed upon and that there is an organizational infrastructure to enable achievement of those SLTs.
Coordinate closely with key stakeholders to ensure the organization is operationally ready for implementation of new processes, roles and technology.

Experience:
A minimum of five years of experience that demonstrates progressively increasing responsibilities in business / systems solution implementation.
Experience in BPM / BPR project execution and management.
Experience in the principles and practice of business analysis.
Participation in system development efforts.
Exposure to service industry (Financial or Retirement / Pension) preferred.
Experience in project management methodologies and techniques.
Experience managing / participating in organizational transformations / change management preferred.
Business Analysis certification preferred (e.g., IIBA).
