·         Proficiency with xml review and UAT, examples are strings, containers and xpaths (need to be able to understand - this is what they send for underwriting review)

·         LOS experience is a must have, does not need to be Blue Sage or Encompass but those are two of the main vendors (mortgage technology testing)

·         Would like to have someone experienced with reading technical specifications

·         No SQL required
