1) Very strong performance testing and analytical knowledge.
2) Should be able to troubleshoot and find RCA for performance issues and recommend to the team
3) Well versed with tools such as Splunk, Instana (or any APM tool) and other monitoring tools
4) Excellent at LR and Jmeter
5) Good knowledge of cloud technology and Kubernetes (AWS is optional, even Azure or GCP platforms will do) – should understand containerization concepts
6) Should be individually contributing to the service team and drive projects to closure
7) Monitor production issues (this is required for one of the position) and recommend corrective actions
