Required Experience:
Associates or Bachelors degree and 2 or more years of experience in the information technology or Finance and Insurance operations area
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years experience in the information technology or Finance and Insurance operations area.
MS Office experience and experience with Office 365 collaboration tools
Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet delivery objectives and effectively multi-task
Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
Proactive, self-motivated with a customer-focused attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with intake request management and/or providing application software configuration services
Experience performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting software applications

Preferred
Previous experience with Jira or similar demand management ticketing system or process
Experience in Kanban or Agile delivery methodologies
General understanding of Finance and Insurance products and operations
