Java Developer

You should have a real passion for learning and understanding the application and also share knowledge with team

· Very good understanding of Telecom with video experience or wireless experience per the client

· Video wireless is less critical if they have strong development skills

· Strong technical skills in Java development

· Being responsible to solve issues and working closely with the team and upstream downstream client teams

· Proactive in looking in to the tasks and ask questions to learn more and build individual ownership and responsibility on tasks

· Expert in debugging issues by looking at Splunk and application logs to come up with defined RCA

· Strong and effective Communication skills

· Ability to write up issues and executive summaries that will go up to the SVP level

· Diagnose complex issues evaluate recommend and execute best solution
