WiFi captive portal is basically like when you go to connect to the WiFi at the airport it brings you to a new interface to log-in
If Spectrum owns the WiFi there, they are also in charge of creating the front end interface for you to log-in
This team works on the actual PROFILE, so when you’ve already logged in once, your profile has been downloaded and it will automatically log you in/connect to WiFi
