•             Proven Oracle R12 Supply Chain (SCM) Functional experience

•             Business Analysis in Oracle R12 SCM

•             OM, INV, PO, WSH preferred, but not required

•             80% Functional / 20% Technical

•             Discrete manufacturing experience

•             Ability to influence business partners into making use of Oracle R12 out-of-the box capabilities and following industry standard business processes

•             Demonstrable knowledge/skills including designing business process flows and implementing best practices

•             Exposure to Full Lifecycle Implementation of Oracle Applications

•             Product Manager experience a plus, not required
