Experience working with Business Analysis Methods, Tools, and Techniques, particularly those contained in the IIBA Business Analysis Book of Knowledge (BABOK) – e.g. business cases, use cases, modeling (UML, BPMN, etc.), risk analysis, etc.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or a related discipline and minimum of 5 years of experience performing business analysis or business systems analysis
Demonstrated knowledge of PPM tool implementations typically associated with manufacturing
industries
Experience in elicitation, documentation and management of Business, Functional and non-Functional processes, rules, and requirements among a diverse cross-functional user group
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with Business Analysis Methods, Tools, and Techniques, particularly those contained in the IIBA Business Analysis Book of Knowledge (BABOK) – e.g. business cases, use cases, modeling (UML, BPMN, etc.), risk analysis, etc.
Demonstrated ability to quickly gain credibility and trusting relationships
Demonstrated excellent verbal communication skills, documentation skills and negotiation skills
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with functional and user acceptance testing methodologies.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with program and project management methodologies
Ability to effectively work virtually across multiple time zones and cultures
