JOB DETAIL

  • Provide first level triage support for end users of the Salesforce CRM.
  • Work closely with the business users and IT to develop, test and deploy customized fields, forms, workflows, interfaces, records and user roles to meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with the business users and IT to design, manage, and execute on Salesforce configuration projects of varying complexity to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day functions.
  • Work closely with the business users and IT to create and manage complex workflow rules and data validation.
  • Develop and refine our Salesforce reporting functionality: prepare dashboards, pipelines, and other ad hoc reports for the field and executives.
  • Facilitate interactive meetings with management to develop requirements based on business needs.
  • Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for application users, keep materials up to-date, and coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions for new employees.
  • Help identify, evaluate and drive adoption of processes and procedures that enhance the productivity and predictability of our business.
  • Work cross-functionally with IT to maintain and improve upon our integrations with different systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

       •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Computer Science
       •  2+ years of experience administering salesforce.com for a rapidly scaling organization.
       •  Global training experience with large user bases
       •  Strong technical knowledge of the salesforce.com data structures; understanding how to leverage the tool to meet complex     

           process and reporting requirements
       •  Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast pace environment
       •  salesforce.com certification preferred
       •  SAP ECC and/ or SAP CRM experience is a bonus.
       •  Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills; specifically customer interaction
       •  Strong skills in proactive planning, attention to detail, and responsiveness
       •  Intermediate experience with MS Office applications (specifically Excel and Word)
