Our client is searching for a Lead Business Analyst to work with business partners within one or more business unit to align technology solutions with business strategies. Demonstrate an in depth knowledge of a business area in the context of the business client's unit to identify and communicate how IT solutions can strategically assist and support. Supports one or more highly complex business processes, requiring design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business. Serve as a project team member or team lead. Responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis and documentation of future business requirements. Align IT resources and processes in order to meet the client organization's needs, as well as the design of enterprise solutions.

MUST HAVE SERVICE NOW EXPERIENCE

A ServiceNow Asset Manager assists with the lifecycle management of all Huntington hardware and software assets which includes; working with vendors to solicit quotes and purchasing, CMDB data entry or discovery setup, data quality, and asset disposition which may include redeployment, warehouse stocking, and resale or donation disbursement. Asset Managers will need to be able to navigate the ServiceNow application; ServiceNow Catalog, CMDB, Vendor Portals, SCCM, Aternity, SAM Pro and HAM Pro.

A ServiceNow Asset Manager Lead will need to strategically align the Hardware and Software roadmaps through daily BAU, weekly/monthly/yearly reporting, and vendor relationships, mitigating/reducing risk for Huntington while utilizing Huntington behaviors to mentor and lead the combined Hardware and Software teams.
