Summary: Sr. Salesforce Developers with strong experience in CRM technologies & SalesForce.com products. Ideal 
candidate will have experience working as Salesforce developer/configurator providing customization, development, 
enhancement, and support for Saleforce.com CRM Implementation Projects. The candidate should have good 
experience in Data Migration and Integration (SSO and web services).

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Extensively involved in Visual force pages and sites development.
• Direct interaction with client to understand the requirements.
• Provide support to the production environment by fixing bugs.
• Hands on experience with enhancements development

Qualifications:
• Should have at least 6+ years of SFDC development experience.
• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application
• Experience developing business solutions using SFDC.
• Prefer experience, exposure to entire SDLC from solution definition, solution architecture definition to design, 
development and testing of the SFDC application.
• Proficiency in data migration plan, data migration scripts for Data Migration from Other CRM to Salesforce.com
• Experience in developing SFDC custom objects and work-flow business rules.
• Experience with third-party tools (e.g., SFDC Excel Connector, SFDC Data Loader, etc.)
• Experience with the SFDC toolkit (e.g., Visual force, Apex, S-controls, Triggers, Chatter, Apex Data Loader, Apex 
Explorer, etc.)
• Should have deep experience in Data Migration and Integration (SSO and webservices)
• Applied knowledge of the solution definition, design, layout, and configuration of the SFDC implementation and 
related applications.
• Applied knowledge of CRM and the Sales, Service and Marketing functions.
• Knowledge of the product landscape - Siebel, Oracle on Demand, Clarify, Pivotal, MS Dynamics CRM, Aprimo, 
etc.
• Ability to develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop point-of-view, delivery methodologies, etc. as 
related to SFDC.
• Prefer SFDC Certified professional, Salesforce certified in development (DEV 401).
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related field required
