We are currently looking for Python Developer Contractor to support one of our EY client engagement teams.
- Develop core software components and functions to create distributed and scalable software solutions
- Develop in Python to produce production-grade, testable and efficient software solutions
- Design and implement low-latency, high-availability performance applications
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Design and develop scalable software solutions, based on micro-service architecture and cloud-based solutions is a plus (Azure)
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of software development experience building high performing, scalable applications using Python, Java, and/or Scala
- Experience using Hadoop and Spark
- Experience Data ingestion, data cleansing, ETL implementation using the above technologies.
- Working knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra
- Background or functional knowledge in machine learning concepts.
- Some experience in Azure preferred
