Mandatory Skills - Sketch/InVision, Adobe creative cloud, Photoshop, illustrator, eCommerce/Mobile domain experience with Responsive design

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in the domain of UI / UX design

- Sound knowledge of popular UI frameworks will be an advantage

- The candidate should have hands-on experience with popular design tools like Sketch/InVision, Adobe creative cloud, Photoshop, illustrator, eCommerce/Mobile domain experience with Responsive design

- Seeking an UI / UX designer to define the experience for CX Platform that comprises of data analytics dashboards and tools for collecting customer feedback

- The candidate should demonstrate learnings in synthesizing complex, enterprise business processes into simple-seeming, delightful customer experiences

- Ability to communicate using different mediums to ensure strong collaboration with all key stakeholders and make sure all complexities in design are communicated well

- Create mockups including wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes and document UI as well as UX Specifications

- Work closely with design head and product owners to deliver the final product

- Ability to drive overall product metrics and user acceptance through design
