8-10 years of relevant experience in the domain of UI / UX design

Sound knowledge of popular UI frameworks will be an advantage

The candidate should have hands-on experience with popular design tools like Sketch/InVision, Adobe creative cloud, Photoshop, illustrator, eCommerce/Mobile domain experience with Responsive design

Seeking an UI / UX designer to define the experience for CX Platform that comprises of data analytics dashboards and tools for collecting customer feedback

The candidate should demonstrate learnings in synthesizing complex, enterprise business processes into simple-seeming, delightful customer experiences

Ability to communicate using different mediums to ensure strong collaboration with all key stakeholders and make sure all complexities in design are communicated well

Create mockups including wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes and document UI as well as UX Specifications

Work closely with design head and product owners to deliver the final product

Ability to drive overall product metrics and user acceptance through design
