- Knowledge in Insurance domain and Sales/Financial Service Cloud domain
- Sales and Service domain project experience
- Understanding of FSC and Guidewire policy data model
- Data Mapping and migration experience
- Understanding of real-time, bi-directional synchronization from Guidewire to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- Hands on APEX and LWC (Lightning Web Component) programming experience
- Salesforce Flow builder, Workflows, Triggers and Lightning App Builder experience
- Be able to understand Salesforce territories and a complicated sharing model using these territories.
- Processing large data sets (millions of records) using Batches, Queueables and anonymous Apex scripts
- Troubleshoot issues reported in Apex using debug logs
- Be able to provide answers for when sharing fails or does not occur for records
- Hands-on working sessions to trouble shoot issues
