Job Description: 
"We are: IMS Document management team, a fast paced team that provides document management solutions to multiple applications (internal clients) to store and access documents securely and easily using metadata. Our product suite includes Doc management API’s, Doc Synch and Doc Export.
You are: A motivated, inquisitive QA lead with 8 plus years of experience, that has the following requirements:
• Technical background with a strong understanding of DevOps practices preferred
• Experience with test tools such as Selenium WebDriver, BDD, TDD frameworks is a huge plus
• Experience with testing front end and backend APIs of Web and Batch applications
• Good understanding of RESTful API and SOAP web services
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Involved in testing web services using JSON requests with Postman SoapUI
• Experience with test management tools JIRA
• Advanced knowledge of common software testing procedures and methodologies
• Familiar with new innovative trends or tools in the QA industry
• Linux knowledge is a huge plus
• Strong experience with SQL scripting
• Experience working with Client LoadRunner for Performance Testing
• Financial background is nice to have

As a lead , you will
• Lead on shore off shore staffing for QA activities and lead multiple test teams
• Work with product solutions team to understand the product roadmap and lead the test strategy.
• understand the technical details of the products and assist development team in troubleshooting general and production issues
• Experience with writing clear concise and comprehensive supporting test documentation
• Resolve conflicts and issues and show agility in escalating the issues when required
• Triage with other teams, Business SIT and development to resolve issues
• Develop test frameworks and test cases using open source test frameworks is preferred
• Help train the junior QA resources in test tools and automation"
