-Strong PM experienced with multi-vendor set up
-Communication is really important, so this role will need to ensure all cross-functional /cross-team stakeholders are on the same page. 
-Accurate status reporting along with other metrics and data to measure project progress.
-Manage overall project risks, issues, and dependencies 
-Project financial management experience needed but Clarity is not a must have for this role
-Prior M&A project experience is a plus
