1. Has ultimate responsibility for the project’s success.
2. Main communication point with a Client.
3. Ensures professional interaction between team and stakeholders.
4. Ensures collaboration within the team.
5. Resolves personal conflicts.
6. Enforces personal responsibility.
7. Identifies all key stakeholders.
8. Develops a strategy to work with all stakeholders.
9. Coordinates work between the project and key stakeholders.
10. Works with stakeholders to identify constraints and assumptions.
11. Is responsible for producing the Project Management Plan.
12. Identifies dependencies of project activities.
13. Enforces risk management processes.
14. Analyses requited time and cost reserves.
15. Controls the project in all aspects (scope, time, costs, risks, quality, etc.)
16. Analyses variances with the Project Management Plan.
17. Determines whether a change request is needed to get back on track.
18. Logs lessons learned.
