 Hands on experience in Behaviour analysis, Customer Research and Product design.
 Good understanding of Mobile User Experience, Web Responsive applications, Ecommerce and Retail business functions.
 Ability to Communicate and articulate in simple and clear terms.
 Good Understanding of underlying technologies that support Mobile and DotCom product execution including Micro services.
 Experience or Understanding of Agile process and ceremonies.
 Experience or Understanding of DevOps model including but not limited to CI/CD.
 Experience in leading teams/projects in agile methodology
 Understanding and experience in tools for Customer Insights such as Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics, NPS reports and Opinion Labs.
