Experience in Capital Markets or Financial services

Good understanding of end-to-end transaction flow – from trade inception to settlement.

Able to analyze the Business requirements and help in on-boarding in TLM as per the requirements and to deliver Reconciliations.

Ability to analyze and understand TLM reconciliation match rules, workflow tool events, reference masking, source allocation rules, message feed alias, static setup, user roles & profiles, message routing, TLM reconciliation back-end tables etc.

Experience in TLM application suite including TLM Smart Studio, TLM Web Connect, TLM Control

Experience in SQL, Data analysis and Regression testing

Strong communications skills, including presentations to senior management.

Must be a good team player and should be able to collaborate with multiple teams in diverse locations during project execution.

Problem solving skills evidenced by demonstrated results in past positions.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks
