Change and Release Process Manager The Change and Release Process Manager will drive the day to day program initiative, drive priorities and alignment with the overall team’s organization strategy plan.

– The responsibilities of this role will be to align and unite the Change and Release teams, Strategy and Vision, aligning the team and product to the goals of the IT Service Management function and the Vision of the organization. This candidate will be responsible for the process of planning, managing, and governing solution releases, which helps guide the value stream toward the business goals. This role will also be responsible for scheduling, coordinating and orchestrating process improvements, integrations, APIs, programs timelines and other strategic needs of the organization. The Change and Release Process Manager will: - Be able to manage       shifting priorities in an agile environment - Drive process Improvements - Drive and Facilitate Agile Ceremonies (Daily Standups,Sprint Planning, Grooming Sessions)

– Organize and drive tool enhancements, API integrations with Dev-ops Tools - Improve Process to be scalable, automated, and streamlined - Work cross-functionally with other Risk Teams to incorporate risk gates and improvements - Highlight and propose process improvements based on data analysis, customer input/feedback, audit results/findings. - Be able to size, prioritize and estimate effort of work. - Document and track roadblocks and propose possible solutions to resolve issues/risks.

- Technical Understanding on Cloud environments, how to operate Change and Release with a CI/CD pipeline - Work cross-functionally with other process teams, technical teams, development teams as well as leadership. In addition, the Test Configuration Manager will be expected to have:

- Strong understanding of Change and Releases life cycles.

- Ability to define and improve cross-functional handoffs - Ability to oversee business process workflows and drive automations.

- Understanding the Business needs and be able to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.

- Strong Presentation skills, ability to speak end to end of process, and benefits

- Understanding of ITIL and COBIT frameworks - Ability to map framework, audit controls back to initiatives and process improvements - Ability to communicate with stakeholders: project management, QA and engineering management.

- Strong knowledge of how ITSM processes interact cross-functionally. - Ability to take ownership of multiple epics and drive them with minimal guidance to completion.

- Demonstrate progress and process improvements across multiple levels of leadership. - Be a self-starter, jump in and take ownership when gaps, requests or process improvements present themselves.

- Ability to speak    to answer end to end process questions, be able to solution and provide process improvement solutions, workflows, and benefits.

- Understanding of Release and Change KPIs, Metrics and trending. - Strong organization and presentation skills - Ability to clearly speak and articulate process conversations with multiple levels of leadership.

- Ability to drive audit discussions, lead and action on audit findings, observations and other audit risks.

- Ability to take the initiative to do assess value to business and prioritize enhancements and improvements - A drive to mature to the next level, research and apply best practices, work cross-functionally to come up with the best way to do business Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field - 10 + years of IT experience with 8+ or more years in IT service management.

- ITIL and/or COBIT foundation certified (practitioner preferred).

- Experience with an ITSM solution (preferably Service Now).

- 2-4 years of experience working with engineers or in a DevOps Model.

- 2-4 years of experience working in an Agile Team.

- 5+ with Change and Release Management

- 2-5 years of experience in driving project teams and cross-functional teams to timelines and milestones

- 5+ years working with ITSM Processes, improvements and process maturity
