Agile; PMP certification; Healthcare Exp and Exposure to LEAN and/or Six Sigma is mandatory

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years’ work experience.

2. External candidates must have five (5) years’ project management experience.

3. Will consider internal candidates who have successfully demonstrated PM skills (proficient practitioner) if less than five (5) years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. PMP Certification.

2. Professional Project Management work history.

3. Versed in multiple project management methods (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Lean, Extreme, Prince2).

4. Healthcare industry knowledge.

5. Experience working in different industries; demonstrated history of natural progression with responsibilities and/or project size/complexity.

6. Exposure to LEAN and/or Six Sigma.

7. Ability to critically reason through problems.

8. Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization.

9. Ability to be agile and successfully adapt and maneuver within complex organizations.
