SFDC BA:

SFDC certification or SFMC certification (not just SFDC admin certification)

Strong BA skills (User Story writing, Requirements gathering, Soft skills)

Location : Preferably in Jacksonville, FL – but open for remote EST hours only.

Domain: CRM (in Medical /healthcare/pharma preferred)

• Closely work with the business champion and users to understand, document and analyse the requirements (Perform business gap analysis and impact analysis ) and convert it into a well-defined user story in Jira with clear acceptance criteria.

• Maintain the product backlog and work with the governance team and regional product Owners to prioritise the story backlog into sprints

• Closely work with the tech team on design solution and user story estimation

• Participate in the Sprint grooming sessions with the build team to explain the requirements and address the queries.

• Work on interim demos and system integrated testing to validate the implementation before UAT

• Work on getting the enhancements reviewed through ISRM, Privacy and other  compliance team and get sign-off

• Co-ordinate and facilitate the UAT with the business users. Work on UAT test scenarios and scripts, facilitate the UAT and demo sessions and get sign-off on UAT. Prepare UAT and training deck for all the minor and major enhancements.

• Co-ordinate change management through timely and structured communication and end user training.

• Facilitate day to day support to address queries and issues related to North Asia users. Perform business admin tasks around user creation, user access issues, data patches, reports and dashboard
