Client needs someone who can stand up a FHIR server from scratch.

 

Must Have Technical Qualifications:

• Interoperability - HL7 FHIR
• CORE.net
• Smile CDR
• HAPI FHIR
• Java / Javascript
• API Organization, Apigee Development or API Gateway exp, API Proxy exp, etc, 
• MicroServices design and development and architecture exp, edge testing exp.
• OpenAPI Spec i.e. Swagger, Swaggerhub in designing APIs
• REST based web service exp
• Relational DB SQL exp, nice to have MongoDB NoSQL, but not required.
• Azure DevOps, JIRA, agile/scrum exp
• Unit testing exp
