Provide support for child welfare applications and initiatives
Duties
- Provide CONNECTIONS user support via in-person, email and telephone
- Provide direct, on-site instruction to individual users and small groups
- Provide instruction on newly released functionality
- Deliver presentations to line staff
- Conduct business process review
- Monitor compliance with data entry requirements
- Develop remedial steps to increase data entry compliance
- Review training materials
- Provide technical assistance with data warehouse
Mandatory Requirements
- Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.
- Experience (7+ Years)
Requirements
- 72 months of experience supporting users of NYS CONNECTIONS.
- 72 months of experience providing IT support in a Child Welfare environment, gathering requirements and submitting change requests.
- 72 months of experience providing implementation support services for new application builds in a child welfare environment, as well as interpreting legacy systems to provide direct user support.
- 72 months of experience providing on-site user support for a large scale (15k + users) distributed application
- 72 months of experience analyzing management strategies and business processes on a state-wide system with 15,000 plus users.
- 120 months of experience working directly with users in child welfare area providing training or technical assistance either in a classroom or in a work environment. Experience should include writing documentation and/or desk aids that were used as reference material that supported users understanding of business operations and/or training.
