Relevant work experience of 2-4 years
Proven experience working with Sales, GTM, Professional Services, Customer Success and/ or a Product Organization
Experience in working with Product, Engineering, and Business teams early on in the Product Definition and Development Cycle
Prior experience working with the NPI/GTM team to prioritize and execute change programs within the Product Organization
Ability to collect continuous improvement ideas across Product teams and work with NPI / GTM team to prioritize
Proven skills in defining functional and non-functional requirements to launch a new offering commercially
Ability to provide functional and technical perspective on tool assessment and define the implementation roadmap (PPM, Intake forms, SharePoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
