Job Description:
Must have IT experience in Technical Lead role,hands on development experience with SmartIQ forms development. 
Good exposure to Enterprise CCM Solutions.
Good Java programming and analytical skills. Should be able to independently manage client interactions. 
Good awareness of Solution Design concepts.
Good communication skills.
Candidate should work directly with client and have production support experience.
