Must haves are experience with SOA & REST based “micro” & “macro” web services and understanding of XML/JSON, understanding of databases and how to write and execute basic SQL, experience with Systems Research & Analysis, writing Functional Requirements/Design Documentation (FRDs, SDDs), ICOMS/CSG ACP billing system experience is very helpful, prior coding experience or familiarity with reading code is a plus, especially Java, but not required.  Lastly, they need to have good analytical thinking, communication & writing (grammar, spelling) skills.  They will be interacting on a daily basis with developers, QA & architects so technical aptitude is important.
