Hosting Solution Leader position is a leadership role in Global Products and Platforms organization responsible for leading the development, design and solutioning for variety of projects for LifePRO across the Global Products and Platform organization.

He should be expertise in Solutioning hosting services to our clients including customization, configuration and implementation of the Licensed Software. Managing and hosting client’s infrastructure with 99.95% application uptime and 24X7 support model.

The position will operate in a matrix environment reporting directly into Global Products and Platforms leadership team and working closely with the LifePRO Business Unit delivering EXL Solutions. The position requires building high performing team to match the strategy and demands of the programs.  The position will require 0% to 5% of travel, mostly domestic and occasional international travels.
