Job Description:

·         Develop and support Cisco UCCE ICM scripting

·         Develop and support Cisco Voice Portal (CVP) call flow and scripting

·         Experience in understanding the reporting structure of ICM.

·         Administration and monitoring of Contact Center/Voice technologies which include Cisco UCCE, ICM and CVP

·         Ability to design, create and implement effective call flows.

·         Ability to analyze, code, test, and debug the application.

·         Ability to support the deployment and have capability to provide efficient resolution.
