·         They have a great HQ facility – they have great outdoor working spaces, gym, floor to ceiling windows and a great café for lunch options!

·         Typically Project Managers have 4-6 projects total on their plates with a healthy mix of client onboarding/implementation, compliance, and IT focused projects

o    They’re made up of 12 BCBS branches and consistently take on additional clients and projects.

o    They have hard and fast deadlines for their current workload of December so things are busy

·         Standard office hours are typically 9am-3pm but there is flexibility depending on the projects that are assigned

·         Project managers are nomads at Prime – you don’t have a desk that you are anchored to, and you can work where it is convenient for you!

They are looking for:

·         Well-rounded PMs – not slanted into too far into niche areas within IT and those who are comfortable having an executive presence

·         The remaining projects for the year will be supporting predominantly new projects kicking off within Client Engagement

·         There will be a significant amount of client facing components that require a resource with strong stakeholder management skills

·         Resource will be managing multiple project (4-6+ at a time) with budgets for each ranging on average of $200-700K, up to 2 million

·         Resource must have hands-on experience with budget and resource management

·         Most projects the resource will take on will be in the early initiation and planning stages and not well-defined
